Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping. If refund is granted, there would be a restocking fee of 20% of total purchase amount paid and a transaction fee.

We are not responsible for packages once they are scanned by USPS. Please contact USPS with any issues involving your items. If USPS can not help you or you need more help please contact us via email. We will try our best to help you. 

If you do not add all your free items to your order during our sales, we a will not add them for you.
