Can i cancel my order or return my items?

No, We are NOT offering refunds at this time. We do not offer CANCELLATIONS at this time! ONCE YOU CHECK OUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS!

How long will my order take?

Due to COVID-19 we are trying to get face mask out ASAP. Shipping time will depend on order volume. Please contact us directly to inquire about current ship time. If you NEED your order ASAP please purchase Skip the line at check out. We have a lot of mask already made to go!! 


 When will my order ship?

Orders are currently taking (depends on volume order) business days to be shipped out. If you purchased “Rush my order” please note your order will be sent within 2-3 business days.


Why is it taking so long?

Currently because of COVID-19 we have our employees working from home and only my husband and I working in the shop. We are the only two packaging, answering emails, and also putting the snap fasteners on the face mask. We do this for the safety of our employees and their families.


I received a tracking number but it says it is not shipped out?

If you received a tracking number your order is 100% shipped out. Usps during this time is not scanning packages as normal. Shipping is also taking a little longer on their end currently.


I never got a tracking number?

Please check your spam folder. If it is not there that means we have not sent it out yet.


Will I get an email confirmation once my order is shipped?

Yes, we always send emails with tracking

information once it has left our facility.


I didn’t add my free one. What should I do?

If you did not add your free one, unfortunately we can not help at this time due to huge volume of orders and inventory.


Rush my order is NOT a faster shipping method but it does bring you to the front of the line. We will put your order ahead of other. TAT for "RUSH MY ORDER" is 24-48 Hours on a business day for payment process and then we will make and have your order shipped out  within 1-3 Business days.
